He was consequently made the subject of a hospital order without limit of time under Sections 37 and 41 of the Mental Health Act&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Kate Moss's stalker - who left her in 'distress' after placing champagne and a horror mask outside her house - has been detained indefinitely under the Mental Health Act after admitting killing both of his divorced parents in their homes 15 miles apart.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Heavy cannabis user William Warrington, 40, pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of his father Clive, 67, and mother Valerie, 73, by reason of diminished responsibility.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Warrington, from Cheltenham, had denied charges of murder but admitted killing his parents during a hearing at Bristol Crown Court this morning.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;He was consequently made the subject of a hospital order without limit of time under Sections 37 and 41 of the Mental Health Act.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Passing sentence, Mrs Justice Eady said: 'Your plea relates to the killing on March 2 of your mother, Valerie Warrington, and your father, Clive Warrington.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;'It now falls to me to sentence you.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;'In doing so I can't achieve the outcome that your family most desires - to turn the clock back to prevent the tragedy that happened on March 2.'&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;It comes after it was revealed today that Warrington had previously been given a restraining order after leaving unwanted items at the home of model Kate Moss.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;His actions 'caused distress to the celebrity in question and her family', prosecutor Richard Atkins told Oxford Magistrates' Court in 2019.&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;Warrington had left a bottle of champagne, a cake, a fake and a real sunflower, and a metal helmet with what appeared to be a threatening note in it on one occasion.
