Upon doing an image search it's apparent[ Google ] that this photo, in Windsor during the 2024 Detroit Marathon, has been used by many websites.

Speculation
There's a great chance that the person who died had been vaccinated, and knowing or not, suffered from vaccine injuries.
In the photo, the guy in the red shirt could be my brother, and the yellow my sister-in-law. My brothers often do/did triathlons, while I had/have zero interest.
