  • Skyline Living is one of the largest landlord corporations
    • Skyline Living is not trustworthy (problematic history?)
  • lasted only 2 days before being fired from Skyline Living
  • claimed he was granted a years free rent from Skyline Living ("he told us")
    • What is Skyline Living covering up?

  • James Martin resided in Apt.314
  • Yo Huff resides in Apt.103
    • car accident August 6, 2019, victim of a red-light runner
    • worked for Children's Aid until Oct 31, 2024, PTSD since 2012
  • double shooting December 2, 2023
    • drug dealers from Toronto, targeted 9mm shooting of two of James Martin's guest (in his drug den)
  • fire July 11, 2024
    • was in James Martin's apartment, no charges laid, suspected electrical
    • Skyline Living sent out a memo that he was finally evicted July 15, 2024
