Warrington, from Cheltenham, (pictured in 2019) was handed a restraining order after stalking Kate Moss.

He had denied charges of murder but admitted killing his parents during a hearing at Bristol Crown Court this morning. He was consequently made the subject of a hospital order without limit of time under Sections 37 and 41 of the Mental Health Act
Kate Moss's stalker - who left her in 'distress' after placing champagne and a horror mask outside her house - has been detained indefinitely under the Mental Health Act after admitting killing both of his divorced parents in their homes 15 miles apart.
Heavy cannabis user William Warrington, 40, pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of his father Clive, 67, and mother Valerie, 73, by reason of diminished responsibility.
Warrington, from Cheltenham, had denied charges of murder but admitted killing his parents during a hearing at Bristol Crown Court this morning.
He was consequently made the subject of a hospital order without limit of time under Sections 37 and 41 of the Mental Health Act.
Passing sentence, Mrs Justice Eady said: 'Your plea relates to the killing on March 2 of your mother, Valerie Warrington, and your father, Clive Warrington.
'It now falls to me to sentence you.
'In doing so I can't achieve the outcome that your family most desires - to turn the clock back to prevent the tragedy that happened on March 2.'
It comes after it was revealed today that Warrington had previously been given a restraining order after leaving unwanted items at the home of model Kate Moss.
His actions 'caused distress to the celebrity in question and her family', prosecutor Richard Atkins told Oxford Magistrates' Court in 2019.
Warrington had left a bottle of champagne, a cake, a fake and a real sunflower, and a metal helmet with what appeared to be a threatening note in it on one occasion. Later he put a Phantom of the Opera mask at the same address.
Today Anna Vigars KC, prosecuting, told High Court judge Mrs Justice Eady the pleas of manslaughter over his parents' deaths were acceptable to the Crown.
Warrington's parents, who were divorced, were found at two separate addresses in Gloucestershire on the morning of March 2 this year.
The killer had been detained under the Mental Health Act after being arrested on February 17 this year when he attacked his housemate with a knife.

He was taken to the Wotton Lawn psychiatric unit in Gloucester.
But on the afternoon of March 1, Warrington left Wotton Lawn on escorted leave and went to a nearby petrol station where he bought shampoo and got £100 cash back before returning.
Later that evening, he was granted unescorted leave from the ward to the courtyard at Wotton lawn service in spanish - eaglelawbs.livejournal.com - but was captured on CCTV leaving the unit through the reception front door.
Clive (right) was found dead at a property in Sherborne Place, Cheltenham, after reports of a serious assault at around 6.25am, while his ex-wife Valerie was found at an address in the village of Bourton-on-the-Water, about 15 miles from Cheltenham, a short time later

By the time staff discovered he had disappeared it was midnight and he was reported missing to the police.
It is feared by then he had already got a taxi to his mother's house and slit her throat before going to sleep.
The next day at 6am he got up and ran over her body in her car after putting her on the lawn.
Warrington then drove to his father's flat, waking neighbours with loud banging noises and the older man screaming: 'Why are you doing this?'.
As the police were called Warrington, could be heard telling his father he was 'a c***' and 'I am really going to enjoy this'.
Officers arrived to find the body and the killer covered in blood walking along the road.

Since then he has been detained at Broadmoor Hospital, a high-security psychiatric facility.
In a victim impact statement read during his sentencing hearing, the family said Warrington's health had been declining for a decade and blamed deficiencies in psychiatric care.
'Our worst nightmares were realised when the crimes were committed on March 2 because we could not have foreseen the events of that day,' the statement said.
'However, in the weeks prior our fears for the safety of the family have been communicated to the emergency services, Gloucestershire Police, Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust.
'Our fears were confirmed when our parents were brutally murdered by our brother, William Warrington.
'The pain of losing our parents is immeasurable and we will carry it every day for the rest of our lives.'
