Anti-Bill C-9 Speech

This anti-Bill C-9 speech by Jason Carswell was started for the Saturday, April 11, 2026 rally at the Great Canadian Flag, in Windsor, Ontario - but he was denied the opportunity to present it.

Later, it was worked on for the 2026-08-01 WEFreedom's Reclaim Our Future Rally at the Great Canadian Flag, in Windsor, Ontario.

Like poem stanzas, this speech has been phrased to be easily read and understood. Each section should be printed out in a large font on its own page.

Goal: 10 minutes or less, but likely 20 minutes or less.

This is a work in progress, until it's not.

Bill C-9, also known as the Combatting Hate Act, aims to amend the Criminal Code to address hate crimes and hate propaganda in Canada. It introduces new offenses related to promoting hatred and obstructing access to places of worship, while raising concerns about potential impacts on civil liberties.

Welcome

I appreciate all of you attending here.

It's wonderful to see so many "terrorists" here.

No - not "violent extremists".

Just good, old-fashioned, "terrorists".

Obviously I joke.

Yet this is not a joke.

If you didn't know,

"A.I. criticism" is now "domestic terrorism".

Seriously.

Look it up.

To be very clear,

I am not against A.I.

I am not against data centers.

A.I. is just a tool.

A.I. can be used for good, or evil - or both.

Data centers are like factories,

with pros and cons,

just of a different kind,

And communities should be fairly involved

in what gets built in their community.

What I am against

is corruption,

tyranny,

and unaccountability

taking away our freedoms,

including the freedom from exploitation,

the freedom from surveillance,

and the freedom from usury.

Calling us "terrorists"

or "anti-technology extremists"

are bad ideas.

You can blame Trump.

You can blame Carney.

But they are just theatrical stooges

simply following orders of

ruling class puppet masters

above their pay-grade.

Freedom of speech

To counter bad ideas,

we may present good ideas.

Unless we get censored.

Freedom of speech

does not protect agreeable ideas.

protects expressions some may not like.

Only tyrants censor

to hide their tyranny.

I'm going to say things many people agree with.

Some people may not agree.

At present, I am free to communicate.

Offense is not given.

Offense can only be taken.

If you have emotional reactions to what people say,

then you expected something else.

The conflict is within you.

You control how you digest information

Only you can manage your expectations and reactions.

Redundant and oppressive laws

Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness

We expect our unalienable rights to be respected.

applies to everyone around the world.

Life refers to our past.

The life we built -

everything we've done,

our relationships,

our accomplishments,

our creations,

our earnings,

our homes,

our savings.

Liberty refers to our current state now.

This moment is a gift,

and why it's called the present.

Protect Freedom.

We may think we're free,

but they are suffocating and enslaving us step by step.

Like unaware frogs slowly boiled.

Death by a thousand regulations.

In a moment I'll describe

the final prison they're building for us.

The pursuit of happiness refers to our future.

Whether we succeed in all our endeavours or not,

we have the right to dream and chase our goals.

They want to deny us our dreams,

crush our potential,

and steal our future.

All governments are perpetually conspiring

to infringe upon our fundamental freedoms.

Canadian Bill C-9

The tyrannical Canadian Bill C-9,

also known as the Combatting Hate Act,

received Royal Assent on June 18, 2026,

is not just about stomping religious freedoms.

Bill C-9 is essential

to the global corporatocracy

and their totalitarian agendas.

They claim this poorly worded Criminal Code amendment

addresses hate crimes and hate propaganda in Canada.

It introduces wishy-washy new offenses

related to promoting hatred

and obstructing access to places of worship,

while raising concerns about

potential impacts on civil liberties.

Really, they hate our freedoms,

including our right to disagree

with corrupt unaccountable authority.

Bill C-9 is actually about loss of privacy,

oppressive surveillance,

censorship,

and arbitrary tyranny -

through technology

and much larger control vectors

that others haven't discussed today.

The controligarchy lusts

for full spectrum dominance

over all of humanity and all resources.

We all need air to breathe.

Also, we all need water, food, shelter, security, work, savings, and community.

The fundamentals of survival and prosperity.

More important than all of these,

is the freedom to communicate.

Over there [across the Detroit River],

Americans made freedom of speech

the First Amendment

to their Constitution.

Number one.

Without the ability to communicate,

you can't let others know

when you need air, food, protection, etc.

You can't call for help.

You'll never know when someone else needs help.

You can't ask for directions.

You can't share information.

You can't teach the good, the bad, and morality.

You can't build resilient communities.

You can't speak truth to power,

expose corruption,

hold evil accountable,

and resist all mafia governments.

Without that fundamental ability.

We all must protect the most important freedom - to communicate.

Moving forward quickly

to a vote despite the many,

many criticisms civil liberty groups

and the tech industry have hurled at it,

with no serious debate,

including on proposed amendments,

Canadian Bill C-22,

the Lawful Access Act

is dangerous, complicated, overreaching,

and will threaten encryption and increase surveillance.

It will require telecommunications

and electronic service providers

to assist law enforcement and CSIS

in investigations by identifying users

and providing data when requested,

including in some cases without a warrant.

It will weaken encryption

and lead to mass surveillance.

Bill C-34 June 10, 2026,

the Safe Social Media Act,

claims to enhance online safety in Canada

by establishing the Digital Safety Act

and the Digital Safety Commission of Canada Act.

It aims to impose new regulations

on social media and AI chatbot services

allegedly to protect users,

especially children,

from harmful content.

Smells like teen spirit censorship to me.

If they actually wanted to protect children

they'd release the uncensored Epstein files,

drain the swamp of the Epstein class,

dismantle the global matrix of sex trafficking

and drug trafficking lead by the likes of

the CIA and Israel who protect pedophiles.

that are collaborative, decentralized, flexible, sustainable,

and parallel to status quo systems -

alternative monetary theories,

actual free trade,

better education systems,

social programs - or not,

accountable par-econ corporations,

institutional regulations,

and so on.

All of these, and more,

are actively being developed out there,

beyond the noise of corporate media, and

distractions of alternative media that

is riddled with controlled narratives.

With discernment and critical thinking

we may discover and strengthen

the networks and systems that support

autonomy, freedom, and prosperity

with ethics, meaning, purpose, and fulfillment

for everyone.

Not just for the few.

We need to learn about and understand

A.I. governance policies.

Local, regional, national.

Every city, county, province, and nation.

They all have committees that

research, prepare, and pass legislation.

It's not a matter of saying no.

It's a matter of finding out how they will do it.

And they will use it for everything.

Everything.

The administrative layer will be automated.

Middle-management will be unnecessary.

Then we'll be at the mercy of the psychopaths at the top.

They'll sell us the idea that

governance is utterly corrupt, inefficient, and arbitrary

but A.I. can fix it.

However, that A.I. will still

be controlled by a smaller group of people.

We're only in 2026 and their Agenda 2030 plans make things much worse.

I really really really hope I am completely wrong about all of this.

But I've looked into all of this much more than most of you.

And I firmly believe all of this is terribly real.

I believe it.

But I still have faith in humanity.

We can do a lot to change things.

We must.

Odious machinery

The hippie movement

inorganically began as an engineered psychological operation

to divide society and discredit the peace movement.

Look into it.

(But don't rely on the official narrative on corporate media or Wikipedia.)

protesters for peace were respectable clean-cut students,

They will try to stomp us out.

They will resort to their monopoly on violence.

Fifth-generation warfare

This much is clear, if you care to see,

the ruling Epstein class is waging a global war on humanity!

Protect yourselves against fifth generation warfare!

For the unaware, fifth-generation warfare, or 5GW,

consists of psychological operations, or psy-ops,

propaganda, and information warfare

to accomplish strategic, operational, and tactical objectives,

without measurable damage

that the target can identify.

Importantly in fifth-gen warfare,

the target may not even know it has been attacked,

thus the target has already lost that battle.
