3. Bittersweet Seeds fans will always be free to develop derivative works (rework and expand extant content or develop new content based on BsS), as they see fit.

   If fans seek to cover their costs and/or make a profit, discussions with Glossed And Profound should be had.

4. Glossed And Profound is the one and only official brand, that may adopt Bittersweet Seeds fan content into official canon and aims to reward the creators fairly.

   User:JasonCarswell will always have veto power over Glossed And Profound and it's projects, until he gives it up or dies.

   I've often wondered why this isn't a more common business model when it could be. Fan fiction was once welcome, but is now frowned upon or has been made illegal by corporate franchises. Maybe they don't want to be exposed as inferior producers.

5. Glossed And Profound is the one and only official brand, that may adopt Bittersweet Seeds fan-made merchandise as official merchandise for the web store and aims to reward the creators fairly.

6. This Bittersweet Seeds project has declared copyrights distinctly different than the rest of the InfoGalactic encyclopedia (in the footer template), as is briefly covered in InfoGalactic: Open project copyrights. All rights remain reserved, for now, with future hopes for open development (open-source copyleft). If this very unique Glossed And Profound production management business model can survive and thrive sustainably while fairly rewarding its contributors, then all the rights may then be copyleft into the public domain.

   By retaining the rights, anyone (corporate media) can be sued who might attempt to infiltrate, pervert, or subvert the Bittersweet Seeds content. (Not that these "copyrights" are effective against armies of lawyers, but at least it will be in the right, even according to their own rigged rules.)

7. The Glossed And Profound production management worker cooperative, will be 100% transparently openly developed (like it's Bittersweet Seeds and Trutherism 101 projects) to deal with the business side of things - including rewarding all who contribute, great and small, and attribute/credit all donated good ideas, used or not.

   Q: How?

   A: To be democratically determined by the people with strong contributions who earn their place on the Glossed And Profound team.

8. The User:JasonCarswell and Glossed And Profound standards of quality and integrity aim to earn fan loyalty and support, with hopes to listen to all feedback if not engaging in discussion, while also busy producing new content and merch.
