Economic alternatives
- " I don't have to tell you things are bad. Everybody knows things are bad. It's a depression. Everybody's out of work, or scared of losing their job. The dollar buys a nickel's worth, banks are going bust, shopkeepers keep a gun under the counter, punks are running wild in the street, and there's nobody anywhere who seems to know what to do, and there's no end to it!... Banking alternatives
Government, corporations, and banks are utterly corrupt. Even the WFCU Windsor Family Credit Union isn't fully trustworthy. From what folks are saying there are presently only two reliable options in Windsor, Essex, Ontario, Canada. (But for how long?)

Discontinued
On May 23, 2023, Jason Carswell emailed Nomos.net regarding tech disappointments on their great idea, in summary: 1) Not being able to sign up on Android (before I knew it was discontinued), 2) (formerly) using evil Facebook and evil Google as well as email addresses to sign up, 3) site doesn't work with Basilisk browser (while promoting evil corporate browsers rather than Vivaldi, Brave, LibreWolf, etc.), 4) why not register in a browser in addition to the app, and 5) Nomos should be open-source, decentralized, and/or distributed.
Sadly, the next morning response was:
- " Ok Jason. After trying to get this adopted unfortunately I’ve had to discontinue development due to costs involved. Cheers. "
