Beyond organic

"Beyond organic" is one of many unofficial phrases used by extremely conscious organic farmers who believe (corrupt mafia) government official definitions of "Organic" are not enough, so the farmers take cautionary measures beyond limited regulations to produce even more natural healthier food of superior produce and proteins.

Food banks

Please share with folks in need.

If correct, all food banks seem to be government-registered and associated, more in some ways than others. For example, if you received from one food bank you may not receive from another second food bank under certain criteria yet may receive from a different third food bank for reasons.

Goodfellows provide almost identical food packages each visit with enough to last two weeks. It's not great but not bad either. It's not luxurious, nor particularly health consciousness, but it's not too terrible either. It's wise to save the small excess non-perishables remaining after two weeks, especially for the occasion you can't make it one day and need at least half a week more. For those on tight budgets, it may be worth emulating this economically conservative selection.

The food packages are neither regular nor sustainable for 2 weeks, and certainly not health-oriented - however, they are a very welcome supplement. Included are vegetarian alternatives (fake cheese, fake milk, etc), sugary foods (cookies, hot beverages, etc), unusual cans and packages (missing-label cans, taco kits without the rest of the meal, etc), and large portions of fresh produce (over-ripe tomatoes, odd-shaped cucumbers, etc).
