  3. discuss roles
    • assign roles? (minutes, secretary, treasurer, etc.)
    • seeking volunteers to lead projects and take on tasks
  4. discuss Action projects
    • auditing Windsor City Hall
    • find folks to interview (activists, informed folks, politicians, etc.)
      • schedule them to be interviewed
    • find folks who wish to develop podcasts
    • gather research (gather info, aggregate, draft articles)
      • info gathering
      • Jason lends a bunch of thumb drives
    • process info (edit into useful bits for communications)
