WEFreedom was formerly known as WE Protect Freedom!.
Voluntaryism
The common sense idea that all forms of human association should be voluntary... with the assertion that any act of violence [or coercion] other than self defense, whether by an individual or organization, is illegitimate and unlawful.
(Brave Search: Voluntaryism)
Voluntaryism
If it's not voluntary it's coercion.

Re-starting

After three years without meetings (formerly at the Green Room and Brown's Lounge formerly known as WE Protect Freedom!), now as WEFreedom, are restarting meetings in the summer of 2026 - every 2nd and 4th Wednesday at 7pm, at The Lions' Den, the freedom underground, beneath the Hakka Khazana restaurant (downtown Windsor @ 157 Wyandotte & Victoria).

Meeting goals

Mission statement (purpose)

More soon.

Goals

The purpose of the WEFreedom Actions & Communications meetings are to efficiently and effectively get things done. Many aspects of Actions & Communications & Organizing overlap and intertwine.

Action

  • gather info (audit City Hall, monitor social media, news, other sources)
    • audit Windsor City Hall and Essex County meetings to take notes, process, edit, and share
    • research Essex County data centers, process information, edit concisely, and communicate
    • research local news and ongoing developments folks should know, edit, and communicate (digital-currencies, economics, education, elder issues, freedom, health, prepping, surveillance, technology, etc.)
  • awareness & processing (understand problems, find alternatives/solutions, legal knowledge, etc.)
  • strategize and plan
    • determine goals & efficacy of potential community events, outreach, protests, rallies, etc.
    • plan upcoming political election awareness, resist corruption, and develop critical media campaigns
  • logistics (organize, produce results, follow up)
  • outreach and public relations

Communications

  • process info (intake, edit, share)
  • develop original content (cartoons, designs, flyers, memes, news, pamphlets, satire, shorts, etc.)
    • outreach – catchy ideas and implementation are required for community growth and public relations
    • print – draft and print local ads, local newsletters, pamphlets (cancer treatments, COVID & vaccine treatments, City Hall plans, etc.), stickers, etc.
    • video – write, produce, shoot, edit, and publish video content (ads, music, podcasts, shorts, etc.)
    • web – WEFreedom.SubMatrix.net, Projex.Wiki, WindsorMediaProjects.com, etc.
  • publish media (forum, newsletters, podcasts, print, videos, wiki, etc.)
  • classes, lectures, presentations, rallies (arts, computing, education, technology, wikis, etc.)
  • other communications and events

We communicate and organize on our Reddit-like forum: WEFreedom.SubMatrix.net, our communications hub. Facebook is a bad habit. Quit the evil junk.

Organizing

We may also do WEFreedom community organizing at meetings, though Action & Communications are generally the main priority.

Expectations

When you attend meetings you are expected to be caught up, bring valuable information, do your homework, take on assignments, and be helpful. If you don't know what to do - ask.

We'll also organize and communicate on our Reddit-like forum: WEFreedom.SubMatrix.net

Critically, these meetings must be developed into a group effort - not dependent on nor burdening a single "leader".

Critical core concepts to WEFreedom: Agora, Agorism, Do-ocracy, FOEPATCHISM, Libertas, Phylaxis, Voluntaryism (not to be confused with volunteerism) – and alternatives, trade-offs, solutions. Feel free to look these up on Projex.Wiki.

Focus

  • NOT for socializing
  • NOT to catch up on news, politics, etc.
  • NOT to share opinions or war stories about COVID, tyranny, etc.
  • Respect others, do not interrupt, and let folks finish their thoughts.
  • Socialize before or after the meetings - not during.

Meeting agendas

Full article: WEFreedom/Meeting agendas.

Every meeting will start with that day's agenda, with necessary edits.

Every meeting will conclude with the next meeting's agenda, developed during the meeting.
